If you are new to my blog -Hello and welcome! I’m Jana Donohoe, a full time interior designer, and part time blogger.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving Day! It was so nice to have a few days to relax and enjoy my time with my family. It was also nice that my house felt a little less chaotic and back to it’s “normal” layout (like my daughters bedroom is no longer in the living room). :)Yay for finishing the fall ORC.

Here is my daughter’s finished space in case you missed the reveal post. See full reveal photos here.

I also want to congratulate everyone for finishing their rooms. There was over 200 entries for the guest participants. If you have some time, grab a cup of coffee, get comfy and check them all out. Some really great stuff! Check them all out here.

I’ve selected a few of my personal favorites that I thought did such an amazing job and I wanted to share them with you.

1. Laura Design Co. Powder Room

This powder room is absolutely beautiful. The wallpaper and the sink with acrylic legs are just divine. It’s the timeless elegance of the space that just really sets this space apart. I can only imagine how happy her clients are to have such a beautiful addition to their home.

2. Natasha Habermann Studio – Library

This former unused dining room becomes a library and I’m totally crushing on the moody color palette. The wallpaper, painted bookcases, chesterfield and fur throw make me want to cozy up in that room all day long with coffee and a good book or two.

3. Pencil Shavings Studio- Hangout Space

This reveal had me at shades of blue and beautiful design details. I mean look at the nail-head detail mixed with the beautiful acrylic leg. The space looks so bright, colorful and inviting who wouldn’t want to hang out there?

4. Palm & Prep – Master Bedroom

One of my favorite things about this bedroom is the beautiful clean lines balanced with the perfect amount of cozy textures. And let’s not forget about that wallpaper! I think we will see more of

Palm and Prep in the next round of the ORC.

5. Vanessa Francis – Basement addition

Black, white and sprinkled with pink. What more could I ask for? Oh and that super cute pup. I really love how bright and airy this basement turned out. I must be slightly obsessed with floral wallpaper this round because I am swooning over all of them!

Thanks for joining me for my fall favorite. Now go check out the rest of them here!

Cheers,

~Jana
